Regarding the issue of weight gain, it is worthwhile to clearly separate the two concepts here: This is classic liposuction and liposculpturation with different degrees of severity. If we are talking about classic liposuction, where we evenly remove a deep layer of fat and do not touch the surface layer, the maximum we risk with some pronounced weight gain is more than five kilograms for some heterogeneities in the distribution of subcutaneous fat throughout the body. In other words, those areas where liposuction was performed may not correspond at all to those areas where liposuction was previously performed. That is, with a rather beautiful flat and toned stomach, we can have, for example, excess in the hip area because we did not perform hip liposuction. As for liposculpture with varying degrees of rendering, the patient's responsibility for the absence of pronounced weight fluctuations is somewhat higher, within plus or minus five kilograms, this is acceptable and does not affect the result of the operation in any way. If the weight gain or loss is more significant, then the drawing that we created may start to look unnatural. And the more pronounced the drawing was done, the more unnatural it will look.
