Очень добрая, открытая, видно, что ее действительно волнует комфорт и здоровье пациентов! Внимательно выслушала, подробно и доступно объяснила, что происходит с моим организмом, подобрала схему лечения, описала, как будет проходить тонзиллэктомия. Сама операция прошла легко и успешно, под общим наркозом. Персонал очень вежливый и заботливый, в любой момент помогут с любым вопросом. Сама клиника очень красивая современная, видна хорошая работа дизайнеров, палаты очень комфортные, так что восстановление после операции было похоже на мини-отпуск) Жду окончательного заживления, чтобы снова жить полноценной жизнью :)

The adenoids were removed for the child (4 years old), everything went great, fr om the sampling to the discharge itself, maximum attention to patients, polite staff, cleanliness, beauty. Special thanks to our surgeon Elena Nikolaevna Pugacheva, a super professional and wonderful person. She told me everything about each stage in detail, and she immediately endeared the child to herself, so that he could calmly examine himself without any questions. A very important point: in the ward, the child is given syrup (sedation) and for the operation, the mother accompanies her baby right to the operating room, and after that, the parent is invited to the ward wh ere the baby wakes up after anesthesia, the child sees his mother opening his eyes, and therefore is not afraid. Then, in the ward, they brought him ice cream and he came to his senses safely under cartoons, and two hours later he asked to go home! The anesthesiologist and the surgeon came in several times to see how the patient was feeling. The clinic has the latest and modern equipment! The first private clinic where there was absolutely nothing to complain about, but I have something to compare it with) And yet, less than a week after the operation, we flew to the sea, the child felt great, and finally, his nose is breathing normally!
