Good afternoon! He underwent a course of rehabilitation and rehabilitation for several months with Dr. Alsu Vaizovna Kastueva. There was a question about a possible operation on the elbow joints, nevertheless, thanks to the therapy of Alsu Vagizovna Kastueva, an individual approach and a human approach, I managed to avoid surgery. Many thanks to Dr. Als Kastueva!

I turned to Als because I was periodically bothered by back/neck pain due to scoliosis and sedentary work. My goal was to reduce the number of such episodes to a minimum and, in general, start exercising my back regularly so that I would feel good in the future too. Like it I really enjoyed the physical therapy with Alsou. I feel that I feel better now - a greater feeling of lightness in my back and pain is now very rare. And she's cool as a person, classes were unnoticeable and easy.

In July 2022, a pit bull bit my hand, it practically chewed off my little finger. A nerve was torn out and an artery was damaged. The hand surgeon worked with me for three hours, putting everything back together piece by piece. Naturally, after the operation, the hand was swollen and painful, and the little finger and ring finger did not bend. I turned to Dr. Kastueva for help. I visited her 7 times, at each appointment the doctor did special massages — terribly painful, but how else, because there is no physiotherapy without pain. Every time I grunted and gritted my teeth, I squeaked that I was going to pull my hand out and run away, but I endured it. At the end of the appointment, the doctor also performed various procedures that relieve pain and relieve swelling (chivamate therapy, for example). But most importantly, Dr. Kastueva always gave me homework: a whole set of exercises for the brush, which had to be done several times a day. I strictly followed all her recommendations, massaged my hand, bent those unfortunate fingers through I can't, "chewed" gum for my hands — all every 2 hours. Improvements came gradually, and after six months, the function of the brush was almost completely restored. Now a year has passed since the injury and only the tingling on the lateral surface of the little finger in the area of innervation of the damaged nerve reminds me of that bite. Motor function has fully recovered, and this is largely due to Dr. Kastueva!
