No special preparation is required. Be sure to bring your child's medical records, including results of previous examinations, if there are any, and compile a list of questions you would like to discuss.
Appointment
During the consultation, the physician will gather medical history, inquire about any family history of allergies or autoimmune diseases, and review the symptoms and frequency of any existing conditions. They will also examine the skin, respiratory tract, and lymph nodes. Additional studies may also be prescribed. This includes evaluating immunologic profiles, detecting specific antibodies, performing scarification skin tests, or conducting more extensive tests.
