Киста яичника — это доброкачественное образование, которое представляет собой полость с жидкостью внутри. Может развиваться на одном яичнике (левосторонняя или правосторонняя) или на двух яичниках одномоментно (двусторонние кисты яичников).

УЗИ органов малого таза для оценки размера, структуры и локализации кисты. Общий анализ крови и мочи, биохимический анализ крови. Анализ на гормоны для выявления возможных гормональных нарушений. Онкомаркеры СА-125 и НЕ-4 или тест ROMA Консультация гинеколога и, при необходимости, эндокринолога.
Лечение кисты яичника может быть консервативным (медикаментозным) или хирургическим. При функциональных кистах назначаются препараты для коррекции менструального цикла и предотвращения дальнейшего роста кисты. При наличии больших или осложненных кист проводится хирургическое удаление методом лапароскопии. Лапароскопия — это малоинвазивная операция, которая проводится через небольшие проколы в брюшной стенке. В ходе процедуры хирург удаляет кисту, максимально бережно сохраняя здоровую ткань яичника, что приводит к сохранению функции яичника. Очень важно, что при таком удалении сохраняется овариальный резерв (запас фолликулов и яйцеклеток) и способность женщины забеременеть. Операция длится от 30 до 60 минут, пациентка может вернуться домой уже на следующий день.

После лапароскопического удаления кисты восстановление занимает около 1-2 недель. Пациентке рекомендуется воздержаться от физических нагрузок и половых контактов в течение этого времени.
